We specialise in non-invasive leak detection. Inter-flat leaks
Leaks between neighbouring properties often lead to disruption and tension between residents. We quickly identify the source of the leak and provide easy-to-understand reports, ensuring everyone has a clear understanding of our findings and the cause of the leak.

Emergency plumbing
If a pipe has burst or you have a leak that needs to be stopped immediately, our team provides a fast emergency response to limit the damage, prevent further loss and protect your property and possessions.
How we find a hidden leak
We use a range of specialist techniques and equipment, including cutting-edge scanning technology, to quickly and accurately locate hidden leaks with minimal disruption to your property.
The equipment we use:
Our advanced 3D scanning technology helps us locate hidden leaks faster and more accurately.
Thermal imaging detects wet areas and leaks hidden behind walls, floors and ceilings.
Pin probe testing accurately measures the moisture level within a material.
Borescope cameras allow us to inspect inside walls, ceilings and other confined spaces without unnecessary opening-up.
Acoustic leak detection uses highly sensitive sensors to detect and analyse the sound frequencies generated by escaping water.
Tracer dye testing uses specialist fluorescent dyes to track water movement.
Tracer gas detection introduces a safe, non-toxic gas into the pipework. Specialist sensors then detect where the gas escapes to pinpoint the leak.
