We make good and redecorate after every damp or leak repair, and provide structural and cosmetic reinstatement following leaks, flooding and water ingress. From joinery and building repairs to painting and final reinstatement, we restore your property to a clean, finished and usable condition.
Water-damage restoration
A leak or flood can cause serious damage to walls, ceilings and floors. We identify and fix the source of the water, dry the affected areas, carry out structural and cosmetic repairs, and redecorate your property.
Drying
Walls and floors can remain wet long after a leak or flood. We use industrial drying equipment, including dehumidifiers, and monitor moisture levels with professional readings to ensure affected areas are thoroughly dried before repairs and redecoration.
Insurance reinstatement
We can assist with your insurance claim and manage the complete reinstatement process, from initial repairs through to final decoration. We liaise with you and, where required, your insurer, provide updates throughout the works and ensure your property is restored to its pre-loss condition.

02Repair the damp or leak first
If the source of the damp or leak has not been resolved, we repair it first. This ensures the property is dry and the reinstatement work provides a lasting result.
03Rebuild and refit
Our in-house trades take care of the entire reinstatement, from replacing damaged boarding and joinery to refitting flooring, kitchens and bathrooms. You have one team managing the work from start to finish, so there’s no need to coordinate multiple contractors.
04Decorate and hand back
We take care of the final decoration and clean-up, leaving your property fully restored and ready to use. For your peace of mind, our general workmanship is covered by a 1-year guarantee, with a 20-year company guarantee on damp-proofing and an optional 30-year insurance-backed guarantee.

Damp proofing
Damp patches, peeling paint, black mould or persistent musty smells can be signs of damp. We survey the property, identify the right treatment, carry out the works and fully reinstate the affected areas, including redecoration.
Leak detection
