If you are getting in touch about a leak, it helps to have a few details to hand: roughly when it started, where the water is showing, whether it is there all the time or only when a shower, bath or the heating is on, and whether your boiler is losing pressure. If you live in a flat, tell us whether the water seems to be coming from the flat above. That tells us how soon we need to visit and which equipment to bring.

For damp, tell us where it is, how long it has been there and whether it gets worse in wet weather or over the winter. Photographs are welcome. Send them to info@perlini.co.uk and we will look at them before we visit.
