Persistent mould in a tenanted property can be a sign of excess moisture and condensation. We identify the underlying cause of the moisture, treat affected areas and provide a practical, long-term plan to reduce moisture, control condensation and help prevent mould from returning.
Water-damage restoration
A leak or flood has affected your client’s house, flat or communal area. We manage the full restoration process, from moisture assessment and controlled drying through to repairs and redecoration. Prolonged water ingress can cause mould and fungal growth, which we identify, treat and address at source before reinstatement.

Our experienced in-house team carries out the recommended repairs and remedial works, from damp-proofing and leak repairs through to full reinstatement and redecoration.
Cost of our services
Non-invasive leak investigations are £450 + VAT per leak. Our no-find, no-fee policy means that if we cannot identify the source of the leak, you won’t be charged for the investigation.
Damp repairs and restoration are quoted separately following a site assessment, once we have inspected the property and established the required works.

Our services
Damp proofing
Damp patches, peeling paint, black mould or persistent musty smells can be signs of damp. We survey the property, identify the right treatment, carry out the works and fully reinstate the affected areas, including redecoration.
Leak detection
A damp patch, ceiling stain or boiler losing pressure with no obvious source. We find the leak, usually without opening up walls, for £450 + VAT per leak, no find, no fee.
Restoration & redecoration
Once the leak or damp is resolved, our experienced in-house team repairs, reinstates and redecorates the affected areas, restoring your property back to its original condition.
