Why drying comes first
Walls, floors and ceilings that have taken in water keep holding it long after the leak has stopped. Repairing or decorating over them traps the moisture, which leads to damp, mould and failed finishes. We dry the property before anything is rebuilt.

If the leak has not been found yet, we locate it first, so the property does not get wet again.
